Paylink Solutions shortlisted for Open Banking Expo award!
We’re on a roll at the moment after being shortlisted again – this time for an Open Banking Expo award!
We’ve been selected as a finalist for the Best App Proposition – Consumer category, which not only celebrates how new apps can enable customers to make better financial decisions, but also how the technology used can categorise data to decipher people’s spending patterns – and then refer them for debt help, if required.
Our Open Banking Insights app provides our clients’ agents with an instant 360 view of customers’ financial circumstances and spending behaviour. It also saves time, improves accuracy and maximises agent output. On average there’s a 75% reduction in the time it would take an agent to get a full budget by traditional means.
Our CEO, Susan Rann, said: “Our Open Banking Insights app doesn’t just gather data on customers’ existing I&E information, it can also gather up to 12 months’ data to provide a more holistic view of their finances, such as regular income, balance of accounts and missing accounts. Agents can then determine how best to signpost customers to the correct solution, such as repayment arrangement, suitable lending product – or even free debt advice.
