Dispute Resolution

If you are a payment service user who has a complaint about the service you have received from Paylink please write to us. Paylink will make every possible effort to address all points raised in the complaint by the payment service user on paper, or if the payment service user and Paylink agree, in another durable medium. The reply will be provided within an adequate timeframe and at the latest no later than 15 business days after the day on which Paylink receives the complaint. In exceptional circumstances, if Paylink cannot provide a reply within 15 business days then Paylink will send a holding reply clearly indicating the reasons for the delay in providing a full reply and the deadline by with you will receive a full reply (which will be no later than 35 business days on after the day on which Paylink received the complaint). If the complaint is not wholly resolved, both parties can agree to enter into mediation in good faith to settle the complaint and will do so in accordance with the CEDR Model Mediation Procedure. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the mediator will be nominated by CEDR. To initiate the mediation a part must give notice in writing (‘ADR Notice’) to the other party to the dispute, referring the dispute to mediation. A copy of the request should be sent to CEDR. Unless otherwise agreed, the mediation will start not later than 27 days after the date of the ADR Notice.
