Paylink Solutions and partners E.ON Next have been named finalists in the Best Use of Technology category at the Credit Awards.
At a time when consumers are struggling with increases in the cost-of-living, we’ve partnered with E.ON Next to provide more tailored support to their vulnerable customers.
Hosted by Credit Strategy, the awards recognise and celebrate innovation, best practice and the hard work of individuals, business divisions and pan-global conglomerates across the industry.
At the time of our joint entry, and during the brief period that E.ON Next had been using Embark, more than 12,000 customers had successfully completed an income and expenditure with approximately 80% of those customers going on to make a digital payment proposal by accessing Embark’s payment proposal module.
