This was a joint celebration with our client, Zopa and showcases the digital affordability solution we delivered to assist the neobank’s customers who are in financial difficulty.
Nicky Mistry, our Relationship Account Manager who collected the award on the night, said: “This is an amazing achievement and I’d like to say a very big well done to the team at Paylink Solutions and our partners Zopa on winning this award. The Best Use of Technology in Credit & Collections category was one of the largest and strongest on the night, so to come out top ahead of seven other very worthy contenders is brilliant.”

We were also a runner-up in the Affordability Assessment Solution category.
