Paylink Solutions and Zopa win Best Use of Technology

We’re celebrating after winning the Best Use of
Technology award with Zopa at last night’s (14 December) Credit Strategy Credit Awards.

We beat off stiff competition from other well-respected fintechs and were announced victorious at the annual ‘Oscars of the credit and financial services industry’, which celebrates the innovation, best practice and hard work of individuals and businesses across the sector.

The award showcases the success of the digital affordability tool we delivered to Zopa to help its customers who have fallen into arrears. The neobank can now assess people’s income and expenditure information much more quickly and accurately and determine the best solution based on their individual circumstances.

The judges were impressed with the digital income and expenditure (I&E) process that enables customers to share their details for affordability assessments, as part of a holistic view of their financial situation, that clearly makes a difference to them, and is supported by strong conversion evidence.

Our CEO, Susan Rann, said: “I am absolutely thrilled we’ve won this award. It’s the perfect end to what’s been a challenging year and a wonderful way to celebrate the fantastic work each and every one of our team carry out on a daily basis.
