The first award we’re in the running for, with one of our clients, Zopa, is Best Use of Technology. This recognises the success of the cloud-based digital income and expenditure application we delivered to Zopa that collects all relevant data to understand customers’ affordability, including their incomings, outgoings and debts.
The platform, which helps Zopa to fulfil FCA requirements, also incorporates features such as Open Banking, digital triage, arrangement proposals and auto requests for future affordability assessments.

The second award we’ve been shortlisted for is Best Technology Provider for the way we’ve supported lending/collections businesses to manage the significant surge of customers who’ve fallen into financial hardship throughout the pandemic.
Throughout this time, we quickly transformed our flagship product, Embark, into Paylink Collections – with features including Open Banking, digital triage, arrangement proposals and auto requests for future affordability assessments.
